Mind Saving Meditation

Mental health awareness has been an area that is no longer under covers at it was couple decades ago. More and more people are being open with their struggles and there are different provisions made for those that are affected. From counseling, medication, to groups catered specifically to aid those struggling with a mental health conditions. For some people medication has helped to some degree, yet others not at all. And for others, counseling has been a source of release and comfort that helps to alleviate some pain and issues that may have been the source or access point to the condition.

Everybody is different and sometimes will react differently to different treatments. I am not a medical professional. I have not medical experience (expect what I’ve personally walked through). But my goal is definitely to join the mental health awareness movement in my own special way. And if one person can be helped by it, then its all worth it. On this platform, I will share ways that helped me and people I’ve interacted with to overcome attacks on our mental well being.
